I love the A-Z Program. The communication was amazing, any questions I had or concerns were answered and well explained. From the very start I had felt like Bup was in the right hands from coming in for a tour to completing his program. The videos are an amazing tool for not being able to be there and watch him learn, I am able to recreate and really understand how to continue his training at home and can reference them when needed.
